Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Six Pulse Social collects through sixpulsesocial.com, why, and what your rights are. Questions? Email contact@sixpulsesocial.com.
What we collect
- Email sign-ups (such as the free Starter Kit): your email address and, if you share it, your first name, plus your consent and the date you signed up.
- Contact form and emails: your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
- Purchases: orders are handled by Shopify. Payment details go to Shopify and its payment providers — we never see your full card details.
- Technical data: our host may process basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To send you what you asked for — like the Starter Kit — and, with your consent, occasional emails with free guides, research and new resources (which may include our own products).
- To reply to your messages and provide order support.
- To process and deliver purchases and meet legal obligations, such as keeping records for tax purposes.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Email marketing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Replying to messages and handling orders is based on our legitimate interest and on performing a contract with you. Record keeping is based on legal obligations.
Services we use
We use trusted providers to run this website and our business: website hosting (Netlify), our shop (Shopify) and an email platform for sign-ups and newsletters. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain. Shopify may use cookies on the store itself — see its notice when you visit the shop.
How long we keep it
Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Messages: as long as needed to help you and follow up. Order records: as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
